Existing Passport to Freedom members
As a valued Passport to Freedom member Flybe recognises that you may have some questions about what will happen to your current membership and points.
This section aims to answer all these questions however if your specific query is not in the section below please e-mail Rewards4all@flybe.com and you query will be answered.
What do I do now?
1. Until Rewards4all launches, simply earn and redeem points as you always have done with your Passport to Freedom booklet.
2. After launch, we will transfer any remaining points into your Rewards4all account. In order for us to do so, you’ll first need to set up a customer account online (see below)
3. Once the new scheme is live fill out the points transfer form - click here to print and send it back to us along with your Passport to Freedom booklet before 31st October 2007. Alternatively, if you are not planning to redeem or fly in the near future simply send us your completed form and booklet now. The address to send these to is: Rewards4all, Jack Walker House, Exeter International Airport, Devon, EX5 2HL
4. When your Passport to Freedom points are transferred to Rewards4all every 10 points will be worth 1 Reward point.
5. Once your points have been transferred, we will send you an e-mail confirming your new Rewards4all balance.
How to create a customer account
All you have to do is register from the log-in and registration box on the Flybe home page. Once you have registered for your account. Flybe will send you an email confirming your password to allow you to log into your account. You will then be able to earn your Rewards4all points whenever you fly.
Important Notice
Initially flight and executive lounge access redemptions will be available through Rewards4all. If you wish to use your Passport to Freedom points for existing non-flight redemptions, please ensure we receive your booklet by 18th July 2007.
