Job title: Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew -GUERNSEY
Location: GUERNSEY
Experience: Reporting to the Cabin Crew Performance Manager, you must possess the following:

Minimum of one year's flying experience as Senior Cabin Crew flying a multicrewed aircraft. The drive and determination to be a good team player. The ability to display strong leadership skills. Job title: Part Time Ground Services Operations Manager (Fixed Term)

Experience: Responsibilities Include:

Daily safe and on time performance of the operation

Hold and attend regular meetings with Handling Agents/Terminal management to identify and correct any operational issues and areas of concern

Liaise with and support Exeter operations and manage programme changes to the best advantage especially in times of disruption

Monitor and report to Ground Services Manager (GSM) any shortfall in aircraft cleanliness

Support GS Ramp/Despatch Training Programme

Complete Flybe Policy and Procedure OTJ Training with Handling Agents Staff and ensure they are applied

Support GSM with new Projects/Initiatives

Liaise with crew particularly in times of disruption

Assist with ASR/GOR investigations and reports

Abilities:-

Senior supervisory or management experience within Ground Services
